MIM Self-Service Account Management

MIM is a self-service password reset program that can be used by employees to reset their Illinois Domain Active Directory Accounts from their desktop.

• Microsoft Identity Management (Self-Service Registration)
  If you have not already done so, register your Illinois Domain Active Directory Account.
 
• Microsoft Identity Management (Self-Service Password Reset)
  If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself without calling the help desk.
